How the cycle works?

The Chinese Zodiac (Shengxiao) is a 12-year cycle where each year is represented by an animal. It's based on the lunar calendar, and it's widely used across Asia for determining personality, compatibility, and fortune.

The cycle starts with the Rat and ends with the Pig. According to legend, the order was determined by a great race across a river.
